    Dear MSR colleagues
I wish you all greetings of the new season and hope everyone finds contentment and joy this year. It’s certainly a time of great change and I guess we all feel we are being called upon to reflect on our ways of being that can assist in creating a positive future for humanity.

Our 2016 AOM submissions have now closed, and I would like to thank everyone for their efforts in supporting MSR – both as authors and as upcoming reviewers. Our review process plays an important role in the integrity of our scholarship, and we want to help make this experience a valuable one for everyone. We have been supported by Kathy Lund Dean, co-editor of the Journal of Management Education and Management Teaching Review, while also an ex-Chair of MSR. Kathy is well placed to give some tips on the review process, and she has very kindly made a video clip offering advice on this activity. It can be accessed this URL: https://youtu.be/PvWSmFpOFWY ( Please cut and paste if you cannot directly access this URL). Thank you Kathy for your wisdom on content, tone and organisation.

We also honour both our best reviewers and best scholarly papers at our Business Meeting at AOM with a certificate, so that is an added bonus for your efforts.

Our MSR committee is working hard to ensure that the 2016 AOM Annual Meeting, Making Organizations Meaningful, is stellar and I would like to thank all of you for your contributions in making this happen.

    Warm regards Kathryn

Great video clip on reviewing by Kathy Lund Dean. Useful for both those new to reviewing and those more experienced to reflect upon practice. Great to see that tone in reviewing is emphasised too. Regards, Joanna
