Assistant Professor – Department of Management
The Department of Management at Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business is accepting applications for one tenure track faculty position. The successful candidate will teach two classes each semester (2-2 teaching load) and maintain a vigorous research agenda targeted at top-tier management journals. The associated classes are "Christian Ethics Applied to Business" and "Leadership & Organizational Behavior". The possibility of teaching the ethics course for the Online MBA program also exists. Job responsibilities for this position will commence in August of 2018 at the starting rank of Assistant Professor. In addition to teaching and research responsibilities, applicants will be expected to maintain status as an academically or professionally qualified faculty member under AACSB International standards.
