    Dear MSR community:

Our final issue for the year has been published in the Journal of Management, Spirituality and Religion, and I thank you for your continuing support and submissions. This issue has a mix of invited papers, research papers and book reviews and I invite you to view this issue via http://www.tandfonline.com/toc/rmsr20/14/4?nav=tocList

First, we have an introduction to the new Associate Editors and Board and a thank you to the past editor, Sandy Kauanui. This is followed by an invited feature paper by Jordan Jensen and Christopher Neck that examines the lives and careers of FranklinCovey co-founders – Hyrum W. Smith & Stephen R. Covey. As you know, Smith and Covey are two of the twentieth century's highest profile and most successful corporate time management experts.  Charles C. Manz and Karen P. Manz set up this invited paper with a commentary on "Taking time to consider time, work life, and spirituality: a case in point".

The research papers include an examination of the behaviours of spiritual leaders by Emily Lean and and Daniel Ganster; antecedents and consequences of work in Indian organizations by Yogita Aggarwal and Sanjay Singh; and workplace spirituality in law enforcement: a content analysis of the literature by Ramon Moran.

Book reviews have been conducted by Amber Geurts on Paradoxes of individualization: social control and social conflict in contemporary by Dick Houtman, Stef Aupers and Willem de Koster; and a second review by Chris Doude van Troostwijk on Religious activism in the global economy, edited by Sabine Dreher, Peter Smith, Rowman and Littlefield International.

I am sure you agree that this is a stellar lineup of MSR research and contributions.

    Warmly,
Kathryn Pavlovich, Editor-in-chief, Journal of Management, Spirituality and Religion
