  • 1.  Reflections on religious discrimination and AOM attendance

    Hello,

As MSR is my home group, I'd like to share an article about my reflections on religious discrimination and personal decision to stop attending AOM conferences in the U.S.

    https://theconversation.com/religious-discrimination-is-a-reason-to-fight-trumps-travel-ban-87483

I've dialogued with various people in AOM and appreciate all that's being done for those excluded from participation. Much can be achieved from active participation in the conference, especially by scholars and practitioners who have interest in addressing the issues posed by religious and spiritual diversity.

If things can be done to help from afar, I welcome your input (consider e-mailing me directly to avoid spamming). As I have for the past several years, I will review for AOM (MSR) in 2018. Enjoy the conference!

    Warmest regards,

    Ray
