    Dear MSR Listserv Participants,

    Are you a mentor?

Simply stated: A mentor is a person who strategically affects the professional life of someone else by fostering insight, identifying needed knowledge and expanding the other person's horizons (Ambrose, 1998).

Would you be willing to act as a mentor--for our own MSR Mentoring Program? We are seeking scholars to mentor PhD students and early professors who are interested in conducting research in MSR related topics--this commitment is for a specified and limited amount of time as agreed upon by mentor and mentee.

Our goal is to promote MSR learning and scholarship among the next generation of academic and business leaders. YOU can be a valued part of this effort!

Please contact Julie Burkey at julie.burkey@shu.edu to volunteer or to learn more about this MSR program.

    Thank you!

    Dear Julie,

You may have more mentees than you know - I am in the second semester of a Ph.D., Business Psychology and focusing on Spirituality and Faith at Work.
I, too, would be open to learning more about the mentorship program and the application for mentees.  It could be invaluable.
    Thank you.
