Esteemed colleagues, Greetings!
I trust this email finds you in fine fettle!
Through this email, I will like to cordially invite you to submit a chapter proposal in a proposed Major Reference Work (MRW), titled 'Palgrave Handbook of Workplace Well-Being: Reimagining Human Flourishing.' Please see attached communique for more information regarding the proposed Handbook, its emerging Schema, and submission guidelines.
Given the broad scope of this Handbook, yours truly envisions it as a multi-author MRW comprising a cadre of leading world-class scholars, practitioners and contributing authors from diverse fields of inquiry and specialization such as business, management, leadership, psychology, health care, education, and various other allied fields. The idea is to showcase the stellar work of our colleagues from around the world in the emergent field of Workplace Wellbeing and Flourishing.
This MRW is conceived as flagship project which will comprise 70-75 contributing authors internationally with 7-10 chapter proposals from each continent, covering around 1,500-2,000 pages (to be issued in two to three handsomely-bound volumes).
Workplace Wellbeing is a happening field, fueled by the mounting research in positive psychology over the last two decades. It is especially relevant now, given the fact that majority of employees worldwide are disengaged at work, according to recent Gallup polls.
If the theme of this project resonates with you and aligns well with your research interests, kindly just drop a line in response, stating that you are interested in being associated with this august project.
