Dear AOM Spirituality and Religiosity team

Please post this in the group

Introducing the Global Certificate in Entrepreneurship (GCE): The E Plus Model

We are glad to introduce the Global Certificate in Entrepreneurship (GCE), a 50-hour program designed to help participants discover and develop an entrepreneurial mindset rooted in spirituality, religiosity, and eschatological foundations. The E Plus Model has impacted thousands of lives across North America, Cuba, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, the Middle East, Bangladesh, India, South America, and Australia, encouraging participants to cultivate a sense of purpose that extends beyond self-interest.

    About the E Plus Model

This unique program leverages spirituality and religiosity to guide individuals toward an entrepreneurial mindset. Through a blend of theories and frameworks-including the emergent strategy framework, effectuation, and values-the E Plus Model focuses on fostering a deep sense of wonder, appreciation of nature, reverence for the greatness of God Almighty, and humility regarding human limitations. The program includes exercises to develop these qualities, aiming to instill a profound appreciation for life, purpose, and the greater good.

The E Plus Model integrates the sense of wonder and purpose with values and effectuation principles, preparing individuals to transcend selfish desires and contribute meaningfully to their families, communities, and the world. Participants draw inspiration from the lives of the Prophets Ibrahim, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad (peace be upon them all), exploring their teachings and journeys as models of purposeful, values-driven leadership.

    Course Structure and Schedule

The program is offered in both live and recorded formats, with one-on-one mentorship included. In the previous batch, participants ranged in age from 18 to 80 years, with diverse educational backgrounds (from high school to PhD) and from countries including Cuba, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, the Middle East, Bangladesh, India, South America, and Australia.

The upcoming session offers two batches (GMT+5):

    • Batch A: Saturdays from 9 AM to 11 AM (GMT+5)
    • Batch B: Saturdays from 7 PM to 9 PM (GMT+5)
