    For many members of the student community, identifying the right intellectual "home" within the Academy of Management (AOM) can significantly shape research trajectories, collaborations, and a sense of scholarly belonging. The AOM Management, Spirituality and Religion (MSR) Division invites you to an engaging online open house designed to introduce participants to a vibrant scholarly community exploring meaning, purpose, and the deeper human dimensions of management and organizations.

    MSR division's vision is to promote human flourishing and global consciousness. The division is an interdisciplinary community engaged in both theoretical and applied research, as well as pedagogy, examining the relevance and relationship of spirituality and religion in management.

    This online session offers an accessible entry point into the MSR scholarly community-particularly for those engaging with questions about spirituality and religion in organizations, alongside broader concerns of meaning, purpose, ethics, well-being, sustainability, and the deeper human dimensions that influence human flourishing.

    Participants from the AOM student community are invited to explore how MSR can complement, extend, or reframe current research agendas and teaching practices.
