    Dear MSR colleague,

This is a reminder that you are warmly invited to join the next Appreciative Inquiry Working Session (AIWS3) on Tuesday October 18 from 11.30am to 1.30pm Eastern US time. The session will continue to strengthen the MSR community and its research. Specifically, this session will be an opportunity for the "boats" (or research areas) to integrate their findings in preparation for MSR's Division application in February 2023.

Please see the attached AOM timeline and guidelines. Please read these documents before October 18 to prepare for this interactive working session.

A zoom link is as follows.

    Meeting ID: 966 6058 8209

    Passcode: FLOURISH

The original MSR inquiry from January 2021 was, how might we spark collaboration and ignite our collective wisdom to manifest AOM division status in ways that wildly exceed all expectations? The outcome, beyond a successful Division application, will be a living document to help MSR continually self-reflect on the vitality of our community (voices and culture) and on the strength of our research.

Why you should join the Appreciative Inquiry Working Session on October 18th:

    • Engage with fellow members of like-minded people where you can find authentic friendship and collegiality.
    • Bring your hopes and aspirations to a group of scholars and practitioners who seek to "make a difference" in service of human flourishing, peace, and all life on earth.
    • Help legitimize spirituality and religion as maturing fields of research that demonstrates rigor and relevance.
    • Find new opportunities to collaborate on high-impact research and learn about new projects.

On behalf of the MSR Executive committee, I warmly invite you to be part of this milestone event on a journey toward a more flourishing future.

When you receive it, please add the zoom link to your calendar for October 18 at 11.30am – 1.30pm ET. You can confirm your participation here on AOMConnect or by email to n.burton@northumbria.ac.uk. The agenda is shown below.

    Warm regards,

    Nic Burton, MSR Chair 2022 – 2023

Sally Wightman, MSR Associate Chair 2022 – 2023
