What is the Humanistic Leadership Academy?
The Humanistic Leadership Academy (HLA) was established to transform business education, aiming to create leaders who prioritize human dignity, social well-being, and environmental sustainability. The Academy was founded by a group of professors and business leaders who sought to challenge traditional business education, which often focuses on profit and power, by fostering a more human-centered approach. The Academy offers programs and training, particularly for business school professors and MBA students, to cultivate leadership that values people and the planet. HLA envisions businesses as changemakers that contribute to a flourishing world by creating meaning and purpose in the workplace, promoting dignity, and caring for both people and the environment.
