🔁 Sharing this great opportunity from the MED-AOM Division of AOM!
As current and future faculty, building strong foundations in management education/teaching, research, and academic service is essential. The MED Junior Faculty and Doctoral Consortium is a must-attend for those looking to grow these skills and connect with a supportive scholarly community.
If you're a doctoral student or junior faculty member in management, don't miss the chance to be part of the MED Consortium at this year's AOM meeting. A fantastic way to gain insights, connect with mentors, and build your academic community.
--- Sharing MED Post ---
We are excited to share this call for the Management Education and Development (MED) MED-AOM division's Junior Faculty and Doctoral Students Consortium (JFDSC) to be held at the upcoming Annual meeting of the Academy of Management in Copenhagen, Denmark. Given how well received the consortium has been over the years, we have now extended participation to all the AOM attendees (irrespective of career stage) who are interested in their professional development as a teacher-scholar. Additionally, given MED's interdisciplinary membership, our consortium is offered in a unique way to allow participants across AOM divisions to come up with their own customizable bundle of professional development workshops (PDWs) that addresses their specific professional development (PD) needs. Moreover, since one doesn't have to allocate a full day to attend a live consortium, our format allows you to optimize your AOM experience. On completion, participants are awarded a PD certificate from MED-AOM.
If you or anyone you know will benefit from participating in this wonderful developmental opportunity for Management scholars and educators, please help us spread the word around by sharing and reposting.
