    Dear MSR members,
It is with great pleasure and excitement that I write to you to confirm that the DIGR Committee, on behalf of the Board of Governors of the Academy of Management, has notified us that our application for Division status has been approved!
In the coming days and weeks the MSR Executive will share with you our full application, and the comments made by the DIGR committee, and to tell you about our plans for Boston, and further as we move forward in unity as the newest AOM Division.
In the meantime, the elections of new officers for the MSR Division is still open until 17 May 2023. May I, one last time, invite you to vote and influence the important next steps that we take!
Please search out the email titled "AOM Management Spirituality & Religion Election Reminder"  sent on 12th May and cast your vote for the following positions:

    - Representative-at-Large (Communications)
    - Program Chair-elect
    - Secretary/Archivist
    - Representative at Large (Technology)
    - Representative at Large (Research)

You can also access the voting platform here: https://apps.aom.org/DivElection

On behalf of all involved with MSR, past and present, I hope you will celebrate this momentous achievement, and the Executive will keep you fully informed of next steps,

Awsome Nic!, this is great news, congratulations and a big thank you to all who have been persistent in developing MSR as a theme as well as a community. It is a moment of pride too. Big thanks to all founders/ senior leaders/ flamekeepers

The momentum is there to put MSR more prominently than ever before on the management agenda worldwide and to develop our distinctive features into research methodologies, epistemologies and find innovative application grounds for Spirituality and Religion within the context of management.

    Met vriendelijke groet,
