    This week, there's another international MSR Monthly on Wed 18th of October at 4pm (Brussels time) or 7am PT (i.e., each 3rd Wednesday of the month). 

    Our typical agenda:

    • Check-in + inner life practice (15 min)
    • Sharing updates (10 min) 
    • Discussion + Q&A (30 min)
    • Closing (5 min)
