Welcome to turn your attention inwards and be fully in your body for an hour between presentations and intellectual discussions. In this experiential workshop, we will explore dance as mindful practice. While we dance to the rhythms of tunes from all over the world, we observe thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations from moment to moment without reacting or judging. There is no choreography to remember and nothing to achieve. After the dance, there will be time for reflection and opportunities to share your experience with other participants.
