If you were not able to attend our PDW titled "The Manager and Love: Evoking a Loving Inquiry in a Group Setting" on August 8th from 8:00 – 9:30am (PDT; UTC -7), we invite you to watch the video that will be posted within 48 hours. We encourage you to reflect on the 4 questions that are posted on the chat page for our PDW.
On the video you will see a brief introduction and then two facilitators sharing stories of expressing love and compassion in academic and work settings. The rest of the session involves participants reflecting on their own experiences, sharing personal challenges with being more loving and compassionate, and discussing potential inner shifts that need to occur to give rise to more love and compassion in academic or work settings. The exercise is intended for participants to become more aware of conscious and unconscious conditioning regarding love so they can truly practice unconditional love in an education setting or management context.
