Dear respected colleagues across the globe,

I hope you are all doing well. Here is a request from me to you.

I am writing to you to share an important research that we are doing among experts from different disciplines who may have an opinion on development of spirituality as a field.

Over the last two decades, the interest in spirituality has been increasing in many management domains, expressed in the number of publications about spirituality. In our study, we are exploring the future potential of spirituality within management. Therefore we would like to get your views on a set of arguments.  These have been derived from a literature review and a few interview rounds with management, spirituality, and religion scholars.

Here we are focusing on the potential of spirituality as a discipline, and we are requesting you to help us with our research by filling in this survey. Your input is highly appreciated! We will use the data confidentially.

    Hi
My PhD thesis explored academic viewpoints on spirituality in higher education, with a focus on academics within the Business school and Education at the University of Tasmania. There were some very interesting findings, having participants with very religious understanding of spirituality to agnostic to atheistic. They all agreed that spirituality has a place in the higher education curriculum but needs a non-contest able definition before we can add it to our courses. Interestingly, the management academics were more responsive than the education academics.

I too believe that spiritually and management go hand in hand as I allows an understanding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. It allows people of Faith and no faith or religious beliefs to develop a cordial working relationship and encompasses more than just rituals and practices within communities. It connects people at a different level.
