UT San Antonio's doctoral program in Management & Organization Studies is accepting applications for Fall 2026.
Our Carnegie R1-designated program has achieved remarkable success in preparing scholars for faculty positions, with recent graduates placing at research intensive universities and receiving salary offers exceeding $130,000 for nine-month contracts. We maintain small cohorts to ensure intensive mentorship, provide comprehensive funding packages valued at over $190,000 across four years, and actively involve doctoral students in research publication from day one.
